The vehicle charged extremely quickly and was simple to put together. My daughter can easily balance and ride it and can easily stop it with the equipped breaks. No quality issues or problems at all.

My son loves this scooter. He rides to school and back. The charge stays on it. I had a problem at first with the bike. I could not attach the seat to the handle. If you purchase this (DO NOT TAKE THE SCREWS OUT OF THE SEAT) I don’t care what the video states. You will not be able to place the screws back in the correct way!! I promise you. I contacted the seller and they sent me another seat. The problem with that is the seat came damaged. Contacted them again and they sent me another seat. The seat wasn’t the blue color because they ran out but they sent me a black seat which was fine. The seller has excellent customer service!! I recommend this product! UPDATE: The scooter stopped working. I tried to reset, that didn’t work then I tried to see about the battery and that didn’t work. I already recycled the box and customer service gave me a $20 credit. A waste of money. I DO NOT recommend this product. I didn’t even have this for a week without having problems ( 1st the seat) then it not charging. If I could give this product NO stars I would. ... show more

We have only used it several times because of bad weather but it seems to be a nice scooter. The charge is good on the limited times we have used it. It was easy to assemble and adjust the size settings.

The positive on this purchase is that the company does respond to concerns, albeit very slowly and over the course of several days. Unfortunately, the scooter just isn't built very well and the refund process is slow and they'll only refund partially to "save you the cost of having to ship it back". They were pleasant to deal with, I can't express how much that's appreciated, but at the end of the day the scooter is poorly built. I have an electrical engineer buddy and we got it running again... and it broke again. It's just not worth it. ... show more
