I called customer service and they sent me a new battery replaced it and it does work better but it still does not go for 60 minutes like it claims it’s more like 25 minutes but that’s OK, it’s still a fun scooter and I appreciate the customer service! I was so disappointed in this scooter after opening it up and trying to assemble it. My husband held up a small black plastic piece that fell out first and it turns out to be a part that sits above the front wheel. The scooter is cumbersome and has a couple metal edges that aren’t safe looking was my initial thought. I will not be giving my six year old this scooter for Christmas. The box arrived damaged, but I figured it wasn’t the seller’s fault. Spend the extra money for something else is my best advice for anyone looking at buying this scooter. ... show more

The product arrived with broken kickstand and the charging port fell into the motor casing soon after. I contacted the seller who tried to help me fix virtually but when that couldn't work the seller replaced the item with little fuss. Overall I'd say it's worth the money: it's a lower cost item with lower cost material and build. The difference is that the seller seems willing to work with buyers to resolve issues. ... show more

I bought two of these scooters for a Christmas present for my two boys. They worked good in the beginning. Now a month later they just stop working. Update: I contacted the seller & they gave me instructions on how to fix the issue. After I reset each scooter, it start working properly.
