I'm a 200 lb guy and this is a really comfy chair to sit in. It folds up nicely into a small package. I had to balance not spending a ton with portability, and this was perfect. I'm impressed with the sturdyness of the chair. You can tell the frame is well built and made to be very strong. I like the way they weaved bungee cord through the poles and attached to the frame to make disassembly and reassembly easy and straight forward. It might look complicated from the instructions, but once you assemble it once, you're set, it'll all make sense. It has a brilliantly added side pocket sewn into the side of the chair, very useful. Also the pouch that holds everything when disassembled, conveniently attaches to the frame before you put the material over the poles. Well designed IMHO. Not sure if it's waterproof or not, but I sprayed it and the carrying case down with silicone and UV protectant, it's ready for anything at this point. Great value for the price. My goal was portability, but it had to hold at least 200 lbs, be comfy, and not break with me moving around in it, and i've put it through lots of testing before taking it out to the woods. I love these chairs. They're compact, easy to store, easy to assemble, comfortable and easy to clean. My family (two adults and one child) goes car camping fairly often and we've used these the last 3-4 times. They're a great alternative to the larger, bulkier folding chairs and they're much more affordable than similar chairs from REI (or sim). They come with a nice little pouch that has a handle, super convenient. I'm 5'-4" 120lbs, my husband is 5'-10" 200lbs and we both feel comfortable and sturdy in these chairs. The frame assembled rather easily. Hard to put the fabric cover over the frame. The chair is very sturdy. I had some trouble getting the cover and frame back in the bag. Company representative was very attentive in trying to make things right and sent a video that showed proper assembly. Representative went out of their way to help me. I am 5'8" and for my long legs, I think I need a large, higher seated chair. But overall, the chair is well-built and I suspect it will be durable over the long-term. ... show more
