  • Great!
Color: Green
Great chair! Sits low to the ground but I like that! Easy to set up and break down and the travel bag is convenient! It’s a comfortable chair. Worth the money!

  • Fantastic, super-light camping chair that's very comfortable and easy to assemble!
Color: Blue
Weighing just 2.3 lbs., this great little Moon Lence camping chair fit into my carry-on luggage on my way to see the solar eclipse. Its two side pockets and carry bag (which attaches to its frame under the seat) offer space for drinks, snacks, phone, etc. The shock-corded poles of the sturdy frame practically assembled themselves; disassembly was almost as easy. I've tried similar-style chairs that were a lot more expensive and not nearly as comfortable. I look forward to the ways this one will add to my enjoyment of fishing, camping, beach, and other trips to come. ... show more

  • Nice chair but theres 2 major flaws
Color: Green With Groundgrip Feet
First let me say great chair if you don't plan on sitting in it all day. The seam stitching is good, the connection points where the seat cloth goes over the poles is highly reinforced. I don't see the poles trying to punch out the fabric any time soon like most budget chairs. The anti-sink feet are great and they pivot or uneven surfaces which makes the chair more stable. The chair is itself well made but 2 major flaws and depending who you are can be a deal breaker. The first flaw leads to a few minor issues, that is the size of the storage/transport bag. The length is good but if it could be like half a inch to a inch taller in the height and depth. If you get the chair without the anti-sinking feet and just regular feet you won't have this issue thats cause the anti-sinking feet and the pivot ball the connect to take up a good bit of room. To get everything in that bag I have to fold the seat cloth up a curtain due to the contouring, so remember how you unfold it, and its a odd shape and doesn't fit in the bag square "evenly". Once the seat cloth is off you have to pop off the anti-sinking feet, it will not fit in the bag plus they prevents the poles from folding up nice and tight and due to the pivot ball at the bottom of the lead you have to fold the poles up in a particular way to be square if not the poles like to criss-cross and they take up more room that way but once you learn the nack of it it fits in there but barely. Takes 90 seconds to set up but takes a few min to break down due to precision need to put it in the bag. The second flaw is the back rest poles. If the back rest poles were 3" taller or spread out further at the shoulders by about 4"-6" this chair would be so comfortable I could see myself taking a nap in it but however due to the poles and their reinforcements jab me right under the shoulder blades and after a few min on my body weight pushing on them it starts to get tender and sore so I have to readjust. Now keeping mind I'm 5'10" and 122lbs, so im a skinny dude (a skin bag of bones lol) Now if I slouch to where my caboose is near the edge its not a problem but that hurts my back after awhile but when I sit straight up theres no problems cause my back is not touching the chair. (Who does that for relaxation?) So depending on what you plan on doing with the chair it may not be the chair for you. If you plan on taking it camping or backpacking and pretty much using it to rest for a short time or eating/cooking at the campfire or filtering and purifying a few gallons of water and staying active out of the chair then I would recommend this chair due to the quality. If you plan on sitting a lot then I would not recommend this chair for it is not a comfortable relaxation chair. I would have overlooked the issue with the bag size and gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the chair making my lower shoulder blades sore but its mainly used for camping so I don't relax to much. When you solo camping and hiking you got no time to relax you always doing something or sleeping. As for backpacking I would recommend since its nice and super light and super sturdy. That reminds me some people in the comments say the chair doest feel sturdy, it actually is, that little bit of a wobble the chair has is due to how the support system for the aluminum poles is designed. The holes the poles go in on the frame joints are tapered (smaller at one end and larger at the other). With the aluminum poles going under high tension that taper takes a lot of pressure off the pole at that connection point to prevent the hollow tube from collapsing and chair being destroyed. Would I buy again? Don't think I will have to cause this one feels like it's going to last for some time but if I had to for camping/backpacking yes most definitely, for relaxation like chillin at a BBQ, no not at all. ... show more

  • Perfect for backpacking
Color: Blue
I bought two of these chairs right before a backpacking trip. I was really impressed with how compact, lightweight and sturdy they are. It was a perfect addition for our trip. It puts together super easily and same with packing it back up. The frame almost puts itself together once you pull it out of the case with the elastic strings holding it together. It rained on our trip and we just took the covers off and put them in the tent. The chairs could get a little flimsy if you weigh more than 180lbs. My son and I each weigh less than 180 and they were fine and stable for us. They are comfortable to sit in after a long hike or sitting around a campsite with some coffee. Great backpacking chairs for the price. ... show more

  • It's nice.
Color: Green
It fits in my backpack and is fairly straightforward to assemble. The chair packed in the case is about the size of a first aid kit. Weight in a backpack is negligable. The frame is attached to itself with elastic, like tent poles. I can just hike down a trail, find a spot I like, and veg out. I don't normally use my phone while doing so, but wanted to take the picture in use. The feet are a little small, no doubt so it has a small size in the bag. This means you do need to be mindful of how hard the ground is. But, it can be an advantage if you want the back to sink a little to make it more of a lounge chair. Your neck may not appreciate it, but it can be dozed off in. It is no substitute for the traditional folding camping chair, but for backpacking runs, it is absolutely perfect. I'm 5'8" and 170 pounds, and it is about perfect size, if a little low. Taller than about 5'10" and heavier than 200 pounds and may find it less comfortable. Absolutely better than sitting on that rock. If I lost it or managed to break it, would buy again. ... show more

  • Dislike the backward tilt
Color: Black
Pros: 1) price (way cheaper than most camp chairs, some of which sell for $160?!?!) 2) lightweight and easy to pack and carry 3) seems sturdy Cons: 1) The back of the chair is not straight vertical so it pitches you (or, at least, me) backwards a bit, which strains my neck as I try to compensate. I solved this by adding a thin memory foam chair pad that lives on the driver's seat of my car. This made it quite comfortable but will I always have the pad with me? 2) Setting it up is a breeze, but folding it back up took me longer than it should and made me break a sweat (granted, it was hot out). It's just one more chore when you're breaking down a campsite. 3) no cupholder. It's inexpensive enough that I'll just keep it and I'm sure it'll come in handy but I don't love it. ... show more
