I bought this item on Amazon. There was some defect. Amazon option was to return it. However, I contacted Made -in and with some picture and video, explained the issue. Without any question, they send me a replacement. The Rondeau is beautiful and looks great and cooking with it is a pleasure

Awesome product. I’ve only ever owned all clad stainless products and decided to give this a try. Hasn’t disappointed. Cooked the thanksgiving turkey in this and it turned out wonderful!

So..due to the size of this pan it is only destined to be used a couple of times per year. As such, I used it the first time, shortly after I got it. I, first, had it on a Duxtop commercial induction burner, and it did not heat up well. I thought that, maybe, the bottom of the pan was too large in diameter for the burner, although it seemed to be a good fit. I then transferred the pan to a large burner on my electric stovetop. Again, it did not heat up well or evenly at all! So I finished the dish in another pan and washed, and put away this pan. The next time I attempted to use the pan, I discovered that it is warped! I’m sure that it was NOT warped upon arrival. I emailed customer service with pictures and proof of purchase and they HAVEN’T RESPONDED! STAY AWAY!! 9/1/23 update: I kinda thought maybe this review would prompt some attention from the company…but no such luck. So now I’m throwing away a $225 pan after 1 use! MOST EXPENSIVE SHORT RIBS EVER!! ... show more

A solid and gorgeous piece of cookware. Well made and aesthetically pleasing. Will last for many lifetimes and withstand all sorts of abuse. I regretfully had to return it because the size was much larger than I had imagined. It demands a commercial kitchen or at least a very large home kitchen.

I tried it out on a pot of chili. It worked great, seems like a good quality pot, cleans up as easily as any other pot. It arrived well packaged in cardboard and plastic surrounding the pot and lid, but had several scratches on the outside of the pot and lid. I thought they sent me a used pot at first, but no scratches on the inside, so decided to try it out, it’s a keeper. ... show more
