This product worked fine for about the first 9-10 months and then just stopped working. We have continued to try to charge it and then use the hoverboard without any success. I decided to contact the company and they had me try to reset the hoverboard which didn’t work since it won’t stay on when it’s not plugged in. After communicating with them for a couple emails they decided it was a motor issue, but because it’s been just barely over a year since we bought it, they won’t replace the item (even though it hasn’t worked since before the year mark). I wouldn’t recommend buying from them since they won’t replace their product when something goes wrong, especially when it went wrong before the year mark and I contacted them just after that time. ... show more

Just received it today, it has been on the charger for 4 hours. It will not turn on. My daughter is heart broken. Update Amazon replaced with another one then a week later the charger broke Amazon couldn't give me a replacement charger I contacted the seller and after a miscommunication I'm now waiting on my replacement charger. So that's why its 4 stars instead of five. BTW daughter really likes this hoverboard.. Update: Almost a year later and this hoverboard is not charging.     • Doesnt Work Dont waste your money
Bought for stepsons Birthday June 1st, we just got him yesterday from California and have been saving for him. We charged it over night and it wont turn on when its not plugged in. Wont hold a charge, horrible product. Sad day for his 13th Birthday, he was so excited but that was quickly ended when his almost $100 Birthday gift was a huge fail.     • Doesn't charge and can't use
I got the hoverboard earlier this afternoon. Took it out of the box to charge. Per the instructions when you plug the base into the outlet the LED light will be green..when you then plug into hoverboard the LED light should change to red indicating it is charging. I went to plug mine in and it was green as described but when I plug into the hoverboard the light remains green and never changes to red showing it taking charge. Tried turning on and it starts up for about 2 seconds then immediately dies. Tried multiple outlets but nothing works. Either got malfunctioning hoverboard or charger but nonetheless doesn't work. My poor daughter was soo excited to use her hoverboard with her older siblings who’ve had theirs for YEARS, this crap broke in 1, yes 1 weekend ! I had to get my money back through Amazon as the sellers don’t communicate very well and acted as if they didn’t want to give my money back and I had to pay $20 to ship their trash back to them 😡 it really needs a negative-5 stars if possible. My teen used her own savings and bought this for herself ... and loves it!! She has had it for a couple weeks... so far so good!!! The self balance feature is nice and the Bluetooth speakers are doing great.

The media could not be loaded. At first she love it just a few days after she open it from her birthday. Then it wont work well. We dont know whats happening . As you can see on the video it will run by itself as soon you turn it on. And it will make a loud noise . My daughter keeps turn off and back on this hoover coz she wants to ride but she cried coz she said what wrong of this hoover? She got hurt alot .Please need this a replacement ... show more
