I at first I was a little worried because it was my first time doing something like this ,so I didn't know how well with it go. But I really happy I reached out to them. One of the iscooter Support Team Camile send me a really well written message saying they could help which make feel comfortable. I sent them a email saying the My scooter is not working I ready contacts amazon help support and ready done basic troubleshooting steps. However the issue still persist and the return widow on amazon has expired. They sent another message saying Dear Jose, Thank you for shopping with iScooter and contacting us. We are so sorry about the issue. Don't worry, we will try our best to ensure your satisfaction with our services. For a better understanding, could you please send a short video or photo to us to show the problem? please see the below-attached email picture for your reference. So that we can help you with a proper resolution. Sorry for the inconvenience, we just want to know if the problem can be easily fixed by replacing some parts. I sent it To them. After some testing we managed to figure out the problem. It was a code call E15 . I thought it was ploblem with the gas pedal,but it wasn't. They told me E15, is a problem with the brake handle. They told me rest assured. we first solve the E15 brake for you to send a replacement to solve the problem, if there are still problems, we will deal with it for you. Camile from iscooter was really helpful about everything. Iscooter has one of the very best customer service I have the opportunity to see, so far. I really wish them the best of luck with their business. If any body asks me which is a good electric scooter to buy at a reasonable price. I will always be more than happy to recommend iscooter. Love this scooter a ton! Customer support is one of the best if not the the best customer support teams I have ever been in contact with! I work in retail and I have to say the way they conduct there business is amazing! I unfortunately fell off my scooter the first time I rode and it got pretty banged up. The accelerator pedal broke and would not function at all. I contacted their support team who ended up just shipping me the parts I needed! the turn around time for responses to any questions I had was within the same day I asked. They thanked me for reaching out and even offered a helmet! Really appreciative of this company and all the lengths they went through o ensure that my brand new scooter could function again. 10/10 would recommend this scooter to any one and let them know that they have the best customer support team out of all companies! BUY THIS SCOOTER! It's fast and a little dangerous if you don't know how to handle the speed, but ultimately it's a super solid product! ... show more

    • Poor Battery Life and Overall Quality
I purchased 2 of these scooters and have had battery life issues from about 3 months into product ownership. In addition, the battery life indicator on the scooter is completely inaccurate. I have learned that when the display says that I have 3 bars, it's really about to die and leave me stranded...which has happened many times. The actual range is about half of what is stated and that's on flat roads. To actually go the stated range you'd need to find a consistent 18 mile downhill. Replacement batteries also cost a fortune so you might as well just buy a new scooter as opposed to a new battery. I wish I had reached out to the seller when the support window was open, but the battery performance wasn't really awful until after that window had closed. In addition to the battery and range not being good, many of the bolts/screws on the scooter loosen very easily and cause rattling sounds/loose steering. I usually need to tighten up bolts/screws before each ride. Other than that, the scooter looks nice and was very easy to assemble. ... show more

For this review - I will briefly speak on my riding experience as a working student and the customer service I have received. To preface, I use this scooter on a daily basis as I have a very busy schedule. I usually take this fast and reliable scooter with me to work because I'm a serious commuter. My work is 40 minutes away and about 8 minutes from the subway, but bringing the scooter allows me to arrive on time when I'm running late. Traveling with this scooter is not entirely impossible. However, it may not be ideal if you need to carry it a flight of stairs, but usually there are nearby escalators or ramps that you may use. In which case, you should not have a problem at all. Secondly, while I was initially afraid the scooter may not work on a hill, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied at how well I was able to ride this scooter up a tiny hill! This speaks to the power that the 500w iScooter provided me. Moreover, as a working student, I do not have much time between work and class, so this scooter saves me time every day! I would ride this scooter on full speed and power and it takes me to class within 5-10 minutes from downtown where the subway station is. I would never arrive to class on time without this spectacular scooter. With that, I love how this scooter has helped me so incredibly much. Finally, the customer service I received from this company is oustanding. Compared to other businesses, they genuinely are some of the nicest and seriously, the most understanding people ever.
