The media could not be loaded. My 6yr old daughter wanted one for Christmas so I had to do some research on them. I decided to go with this one. My daughter freaking loves it. She was riding it right out of the box. It does very well. The Chrome has scratched very easy but “Hey” I haven’t seen one that wasn’t, so it doesn’t bother me or her. I read where people were getting 30 mins or so of battery life but it seems she gets at least 45-50 mins sometimes. I have been pleased so far and so has she. Bought this hoverboard for my 8 year old stepdaughter. I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews on here but I am very pleased with the purchase and she absolutely loves it!!! It arrived on time and was securely packaged. It came fully charged so it was ready to go when she impatiently took it out of the box LOL....the lights are super cool and the best part is the board is very quiet, which was a VERY nice surprise! Bought for my daughters 6th birthday, She’s been wanting one for a long time. Nice in color, pink chrome her favorite. Wheels light up. So far it has been working great no problems. Has a few hours of run time and takes about 4 hours to charge. It came with a carrying case that I was very happy with. She is a natural on this thing she got on it and by the next day she had mastered the balance and now she Is zooming around the house. I had to take the thing apart and fixit. It came with a screw rolling around inside. Opened it and found the battery loose and the plastic tab that the screw supposed to used To hold the battery in was broken . I fixed it myself. But I won’t another from them.
