The media could not be loaded. Laser works very well once you get the settings. Speed and quality engravings, so I am very happy. Only negative is that this is different from the laser that Longer3d has instructions to install, especially if you are doing the upgrade from the 10w laser. Just do only what you see and it works fine, but it would be great to have a proper video for the panel connections. ... show more
