When we moved to our new remote residence in the middle of a tiny AZ desert town, I never imagined how the addition of this one piece of “furniture” would turn our place into a healing retreat. Having this in the comfort of our home is so much nicer than going to a large mall and using it in public. Every day I look forward to sitting in this chair and enjoying the view out of our window, facing the mountains of the Grand Canyon West. There are SO many wonderful features on this chair that, similar to purchasing a new car, it may take some time to get familiar with. Nevertheless, just like enjoying the drive of a new vehicle without having to know the details of every feature, we’ve been enjoying daily massages, while still pleasantly discovering some of the added features, like the built-in USB port to make connections to other devices more convenient. With two of us using this daily, it’s also convenient to have programmable settings stored in its memory for each of us. The delivery time and set-up was unexpectedly quick. The materials and construction of this chair are durable and complimentary to our home decor. Value for the price exceeded our expectations. Massage features are great, also like the stretch feature. After the massage and stretch the best feature is the Bluetooth, nice to be able select the music or podcast to surround yourself with. Easy to assembly. Nice sleek design. We did not use the voice feature or heat element much.

Chair was delivered yesterday. Great shipping from RXO!! No complaints at all with them. Chair is working and no dings or anything. Works great so far and no complaints with the chair either. Chatting with the chair people on their website of Massage Chair Max, which uses Facebook messenger. Is absolutely garbage. Terrible customer service and even worse communication. Maybe it was a one off bad agent but definitely not impressed with them. So far tho, chair is great and all parts getting the chair was simple. Very comfortable as well. So far so good. The chair performs as expected. The foot massage part is pretty intense. The airbags form tightly around my heels and feet, and the rollers go to town! It can be painful at times, but so is getting a foot massage from a person. I'm still learning how to work the remote which I think is not very user friendly, but I'm not techie at all. First day we got the chair, my husband used it 4 times and the next day he was extremely tired....couldn't shake it. He thinks it was too much massage chair time, but who knows. The chair comes with a little cushion flap connected, but I flip it off the chair so that I can get a more intense massage. I've been wanting a massage chair for years and finally gave in. It's an expense, but worth it in my opinion. I have been sleeping better since jumping in the chair right before bed....maybe a new ritual for me. 5 stars!! See updated review below… Initial review: Just got my chair today. Set it up and started it, the air doesn’t seem to be working at all and I see no details on any setup for the air part of it. Support contact information is pretty confusing. When I click for support on Amazon, it takes me to a WhatsApp text. It almost seems like it’s set up to contact a single person rather than a support team. Everything is in some different language too. ***Update*** I ended up going to the site where you set up the warranty. Still seemed like I initially was contacting an individual rather than a support team, not a big deal. They mentioned I need to call M-F, 9-5 for help from a technician. After a bit I got a message noting that the technician was actually going to call me that day (Saturday). He did later that evening and we did a FaceTime. We took the plastic pieces off the back to expose the inside and found a connection on the motherboard was loose. It snapped into place and the air started working. Although contacting support was a bit confusing at first, they made it right and the technician was super helpful and even followed up unprompted a couple days later to check in. The chair itself is really good for the price point, though I’m wondering if the 303 model is a better value. You are paying hundreds of dollars more for this 306 model for not a ton of added features (some AI voice control functions, control panel on armrest, and a yoga setting, which I assume is the stretching option?), unsure of other differences. I’m still learning the options/settings, but so far my wishes on improving (I won’t deduct any stars for this): -I personally like the arm/hand compression. I’d like more intensity on that. The highest intensity is a bit strong on my ankles, would like to see that on the hands/arms or an option to control it air intensity for different sections. And adding a palm roller or something would be awesome. -The indent where the rollers come down to where you sit is a bit large and deep. It probably needs to be that way for those rollers, but has me slightly concerned with how that will hold up or feel over time. -Ability to lock the extension of the leg piece in place. When fully reclined, it pushes back so my upper legs and knees are bent and not really inside the padding (I’m 6’1”). All of that said, I really like it so far and glad they were able to fix my issue without having to send it back. **overall, I would buy it again if I had to go back**. What you get for the price is hard to beat without spending $10k on a chair. If I remember, I’ll update my review after a year or 2. ... show more

Love the yoga stretch massage. Debated on spending the extra money for the yoga stretch feature and I’m glad I did! I start every session with this and then whatever. All the massage choices I like just depends on what needs the most attention that day. Would definitely recommend this chair
