The features of this chair are really good for your therapeutic needs & I'm satisfied with them. However, there is not enough padding for the massage balls on your back to be comfortable. Even on the lowest setting, they hurt. I had various size people try it out and they ALL had back pain afterwards. The only time I don't experience discomfort is by using the lowest pressure at zero gravity. This massage chair arrived just before Christmas and was a Christmas gift. The chair was removed from the shipping carton and plugged in. It moved from zero gravity to upright position and then stopped working. We are now hassling with the manufacturer on getting it returned and refunded and they are not being helpful. They state that they sent a shipping label and provided the date when they sent it but we did not receive it, and they wont verify where they sent it. I will update this review as things change. I had to manually check to see the status of the order and found out that it had been cancelled.
