Love the chair and features. Hate the app to control and access the features via smartphone. Have not been able to use the app to make a connection to the chair's features. The bluetooth for the speakers setup easily for music connection to my phone. But, hot the chair's features.

I’ve had this chair for 5 full months. I wanted to be able to give a fair and accurate review. This chair is SUPER OVERPRICED. $2,000 for a bunch of rollers that do an average job of massaging. The packaging was great. The customer service stinks. I haven’t been able to speak to a representative since I bought it. No remote control, no heat. I honestly wish I could return it and get something more worth my money. Don’t make the same mistake I did….keep shopping. ... show more

    • L2 Chair is good but the controls are disappointing
Both the L2 massage chair and the chair works great. A bit narrow but it's doable. The onboard controls are very limited and do not allow the user to adjust time or heat options. App is substandard. A 3rd party app is used and the controls are very generic. The app gives more options than the onboard controls but there is nowhere to adjust the massage time there either. Very frustrating to say the least. My recommendation would be for manufacturer to improve the control features for this chair. Until then, I cannot recommend this model. Go with the L1. ... show more
