I wrote a review, but I messed up and left the review of another item, an electrical breaker. The seller reached out and was concerned and wanted to help satisfy the issue. That was very refreshing and I am now trying to contact them to stop any actions to satisfy me, due to my mistake. I'm in the Chas SC area and it has been super dry. My hope is for the deer and other critters will have some clean water. We have places for them to get water, but when the water level drops 2'-3' in the drainage ponds they can't reach the water level anymore. We have to look out for the animals too, we have fed many generations in the last 25 yrs. Thanks for the water container in green, will blend in better too! ... show more

After following the directions I hooked the WATERER to water supply and the valve didn't shut off when the bucket was full, not even close. I was fixing to pack it up for return when upon inspection noticed the valve assembly (installed at factory) was installed upside down as there was no way the float would shut off the flow of water in the current position. After removing the entire assembly and flipping the valve assembly 180 degrees and re-installing everything it now seems to be working fine, time will tell. HOWEVER, it is supposed to come with an extra VALVE SEAL WHICH IT DID NOT. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE AMAZON TO SEND THE EXTRA VALVE SEAL TO ME. Update: I have communicated with the supplier of this product and gave them the specific part number that wasn't included with the original order and Have Not Heard Anything From Them Since. ... show more

My horse destroys these things in short time. I bought this one to replace a destroyed one and so far, it’s held up great. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on one since it has a short life expectancy, but it’s durable, a great value, and a pretty color!

The media could not be loaded. We went out of town and installed 2 of these so our ducks would have fresh water. We put a twisted piece of copper wire in the bottom to prevent mold. Our chicks are in one cage so we just drained the one on that side and use a 3 gallon waterer. They were easy to drain and clean. ... show more
