This is a beautiful chair and very easy to assemble. I am the least handy person in the world so that's saying something. My previous chair was a Serta Big and Tall which is incredibly comfortable to sit on but a nightmare to assemble if you're by yourself. Also, it didn't have much range as far as going up and down. (I'm big but not tall) . I was disappointed that the seat for this chair is like sitting on concrete and there isn't much back support. It's leaning back further than I expected but I have a lumbar support thing attached to it, which helps, but I do like how far it goes up. All in all, for the price it's a good chair. ... show more

The chair arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. From the way it was packaged in the box there are indents on the seat back cushion which are very noticeable, hoping they will come out over time. As for whether it is comfortable, as of now the cushions are very hard and not very comfortable, and the arm rests are way to low and I find they are not very comfortable to use while sitting in the chair. They need to be raised. Update, after posting my original review I received a response from the seller asking what they could do to resolve my issues. I replied to them but so far I have not received a reply to my response, I am curious to see if they will respond. ... show more

This chair is a waste of money, don’t trust the images they provide those are probably pictures of whatever designer chair they knocked off, as the chair I got was the same looking but worse, think of the way a Big Mac looks in the promotional image and then the sad flattened out little thing you get when you buy it. Seat padding is practically non existent, the high back doesn’t even make it to my shoulders and I’m only 5’10”. This is not a big and tall chair, I’m not THAT big or that tall and I can barely squeeze between the armrests. I’m 5’10” and about 250 pounds and this big and tall chair claimed it could handle 450 pounds, I’m less than half it’s weight and have had it less than six months and it’s already starting to bend and go crooked and it’s not like I’m doing gymnastics on this thing I mostly just use it for when I’m gaming or working on the computer. I mean I can’t understand why anyone would buy this but I will say that it was easy to assemble and looks nice even if it looks like someone deflated it. Honestly no matter what you plan on using it for, pick another chair. This thing is a total waste. ... show more

It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs. I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn't *plush* but it is comfortable. I'm *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I'm about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it's comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I'm glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there's nothing wrong with it from our experience & I've certainly used worse! I'd have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I'm spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it's a great chair with a terrific price! ... show more
