I absolutely love love love this lights. They are bright and brightness can be adjusted according to what time of the day I am using it. It was super easy to install. It works best for a make up vanity. Not cheap material. 100 % recommended.

Blown away! The simplicity of this lighting apparatus is astounding! The light strip looks like a line from a circuit breaker and is not aesthetically pleasing to the eye when its not on, however when it is lit up, it is bright and looks fantastic! The 3m peel and stick strip was genius and overly simplified the installation of this product. My wife loves it and can't say enough about how it adds to her vanity's overall beauty and appeal. This item was affordable and easy to install. The dimmer allows her to adjust the lighting as needed for her makeup. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add lighting to a mirror, workshop or space. I will update if anything goes awry, but as of now this absolutely earns 5 stars! ... show more

This is a fairly decent priced set of LEDs for what you get. The adhesive is very sticky and easy to apply. I did not try cutting my adhesive to fit the vanity. I originally bought this set to light up the front of the mirror, but then I realized that I would have two issues with that. 1) The light string would show and it's godawful ugly to allow anyone to see. 2) The LEDs would be absolutely blinding if I faced them to put on my makeup. Instead, I decided to use them to backlight my mirror. It took me about 3-5 minutes to stick the light strip to the back of the mirror in a very imperfect way (since no one was going to see it, I didn't care how I put it on). I basically wrapped the lights along the edges of the mirror, and had enough to go around the mirror and along the edge of the table. The result? Looks awesome. The reason for the 3 stars? The lights STAY ON WHILE OFF! There are about 4-5 LEDs on the strip that won't turn off even when the light strip is off. It's super annoying and since it's in my bedroom, it's always on while I'm sleeping, which is frustrating. I'm slightly worried that it may be a bit of a fire hazard, but I am unfamiliar with LEDs, so I have no clue... The photos I included are of the lights while off, but showing the glow (my phone camera isn't that great, so it's not a true fair representation). The other two are when the light is in the dimmest position, and the lights in the brightest position. The dimmer is very easy to use, and I have mine mounted on the side of my vanity with a double sided command strip. Overall, not a bad value. Very happy with the lights. Decided to make shift my own vanity with a desk I had sitting around and just bought a mirror off of market place for $15 the lights are perfect and bright enough. I haven’t tried them out as far as putting make up on but I’m sure it will be perfect. Happy with it so far
