The only disappointing thing about them is that they do not connect as one continuous strip. Each package comes with 2 separate spools of lights that both plus into the same power box. So essentially, if you are installing on the ceiling, you have to plug them into an outlet near a corner of the room, go up the corner where the walls meet and each strand goes in different directions in order for this to work.     • One strand doesn’t stick at all

Update: the seller responded and immediately offered to send out a replacement light strip. Very happy with the customer service I received! Original post: There was absolutely no stickiness on one entire strand. Had to reinforce with scotch tape which looks pretty ridiculous in the daytime. The ONLY way this product can work effectively is if it adheres to the wall. For this, I’m giving the low rating. Also, the fact that the connector source sits in the middle of both strands rather at one end or the other makes it a bit difficult to properly measure length for placement ( should connect at one end, like Christmas lights, so you can start at one side where the strand plugs in, then go all the way around the room). Overall look of the lights is pretty cool, but no stickiness is unacceptable for something g that’s supposed to- stick to the wall. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love these lights. The can go as bright or as dim as I want them to. More importantly it’s easier to cut these lights than others I’ve tried. The only thing I wish they’d add is the LED connectors so I can connect multiple boxes of strips together without having to plug them into the wall. Luckily I had so. I recommend buying some or else if you’re trying to cover your entire room like myself you’ll end up using all your plugs. Another downfall to this product is the adhesive. It’s not as sticky as I hoped it’d be. When I put them up and left for two hours part of the lights had come off the wall. You really have to press them firmly on the wall or use the hooks they send. Also, when peeling the blue tape in the beginning the adhesive started to come off. Be very careful and make sure you’re peeling the tape and not the adhesive as well. ... show more

They’re nice. Wish they had a bigger option, I put it around my teenagers bedroom and ran out. Also, I wish it came with some guidance and a pamphlet with advice on how to put them up. I started with one end, kept going only to realize at the end, it was not going to connect with the next one. They don’t do any kind of light shows though like some others do, or rainbow... the remote is set colors and so you can’t create your own etc. it’s nice though ... show more

These lights were not what I expected for the higher price tag. I was under assumption that they could be stuck onto the wall and already had a stick backside however that was not the case. the only thing they give you to put these on the wall are 10 very small hooks that are definitely not enough. There should at least be 20. that being said after getting the lights up and using tape they work well and have nice colors. ... show more

Absolutely DIFFICULT!!!!! A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME TRYING FOR OVER 2 HOURS TO ATTACH THE ENDS. I have never been so furious over an item!! This was a gift for my sons but now I need to find an EASIER solution. The easiest part was sticking the first reel up. When getting the second up not easy at all. These are two strips and both have to get connected to 1 box. So essentially we had to run them together and then split of in different directions to wrap a room, because of this we were left with a gap that didn’t get covered :-( The adhesive is awful! Within 2 hours BOTH strips were on the floor & yes the walls were dust free & clean. Ended up using double sided gorilla glue to tape the lights up. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this about 3 weeks ago I had trouble with the remote out the box some buttons was not responding you have to aim directly at the lil box and walk to it literally. I’m returning because upon turning it on today 4 of the light neAr the end stays red once I change all colors to purple. Then turns yellow when I used the blues I. Frustrated and returning going with a better brand. I had high hopes but for $40 I can find something cheaper and more reliable that actually works. Disappointed 😞 ... show more
