Description

5-gallon stainless steel kettle with lid. This is the perfect size for brewing beer or wine. This item ships via FedEx. Please no PO Boxes. The stainless in this keg conducts heat quickly to speed up your boil time. These stainless steel stock pots are made by hammering and stamping into shape from a single sheet of stainless rather than two pieces of stainless welded together. This makes them stronger and more durable! At the same time, there may be a few small dings on the stock pot due to the stamping processes. The benefit of strength and durability far out ways any minor dings. Be sure to see the other products offered by Learn to Brew.

  • Just right
The primary reason for this purchase was for sous vide. It worked flawlessly and i had a great steak.

  • Not bad
Decent for homebrewers who don't want to invest to much at once. It holds your wort, and the handles didn't snap off, so I can't complain. It doesn't heat (or sit) evenly, however, but hey, it was cheap.

  • Works exactly as expected.
Works great for the 5 gallon brew. Easy to clean and heats evenly. Metal is a bit thin but I'm not a chef and this IS just used for brewing every couple of months.

  • 5 Gallon 20 qt Stainless Steel Pot
Good pot, good value. Lid might be spotting a little bit. Overall ok.

  • Not as expected
I was not impressed with this pot whatsoever, it is incredibly thin and poorly constructed. Description does not match what I received "Hammered and Stamped into Shape Not Two Pieces Welded Together" which is visible a lie. It is rolled, welded and than welded to the bottom. Along ever welded seam there is pitting and all over has scratches on a "brand new pot". Handles are NOT riveted, they are poorly spot welded on. Spend the extra $20 and get something that will last. Attached a picture of inside seam and handle ... show more

  • OKay
The pot is exactly as advertised, it is a 20 Quart pot. That being said, if you use an electric range, I do not recommend this, the pot doesn't have a flat bottom. the steel is also rather thing. If you're going to be a heavy user, I'd recommend looking for something a bit sturdier.

  • great
great for my home brew making.

  • Not exactly what i expected
The item description says it's a Polar Ware pot. What I received instead is a pot by Imusa. Pot is a little thin but is reasonable for the price.
