I replaced a 10 year old chair with this one. It is very comfortable and everything it claims to be. My constantly whining husband, has not complained about it once. We have had it well over a year and its as good as it was on day 1. He weights about 240 and spends 6-8 hours at a time in it (not daily). But once or twice a week. And, at least an hour a day. The height adjustment works with ease, the Ergonomic aspect seems to be doing what it should. The breathability factor is a plus. My favorite part is the moveable arm rests. At first, I really liked this chair - A Lot. Then after 10 months, the back support webbing started to come out of the groves. Other purchasers seem to be having the same issue. I fixed it without any difficulty and it lasted about 30 days and came out again in the same area. Again, I repaired it and 2 weeks later it separated Again!!! Now this chair is less than a year old and when I went to look up the warranty there wasn't any to find. I did find an email contact form and submitted it. I still have not heard back from the company. At this point, I'm not going to try to get a resolution from LANDOMIA. I went ahead and used some sealer on the seam that holds the webbing and it is holding up for now. Make sure the company you plan to buy a chair from has a stated warranty and a contact phone number before you give them your hard erranded $$$$. ... show more

The chair is very comfortable and would’ve received a 5 star review, however after a couple months the backing started to come undone and no matter how many times we fix it and glue it, it keeps breaking. Horrible product especially for the price we paid.

    • Chair wont stay at adjusted height.
I bought this chair a little over a year ago and have enjoyed it until recently. The cylinder has started leaking down and won't stay at the adjusted height. Does the warranty cover this?

I've had this chair for 8 months. At first it was fine, but then, the "lumbar support" began poking into my back - VERY uncomfortable.
