I’m a professional chef. I purchased this knife roll to have my most used tools and knives with me in the kitchen. The knife roll came with very small knife tip guards (pictured). I tried them on my knife but don’t intend to use them. I prefer to keep my knives in their saya (knife guard). The longest knife I have in the picture is 44cm/17.3inches.
