I bought this for my WFH job. I was worried since I did not see any reviews for Cisco and only for teams, but it was for nothing. Make sure when you first connect it that you go into your jabber settings and make sure it's first priority so there won't be issues. I work anywhere from 8-14 hour days and it lasts all day. The mic is on the left side and I'm used to it being on the right but it's not a big deal for me. This headset DOES NOT mute between calls so be mindful of what you are doing or saying between calls. UPDATE: the main source of my trouble has been Windows 11 drivers. Borrowing a Windows 10 system, I didn't have the problems listed below. But Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 one year from now, so all employers are upgrading to Windows 11. Which is a problem. Also, even with Windows 10 people complain that the voice quality is poor. I think this was doomed from the start. Will be returning just as soon as I find more time to waste on it. I hate this thing. The Dytole Bluetooth Headset was easy to setup, and is comfortable. The problem is the "AI Noise Canceling Microphone" doesn't activate until you are halfway through your first sentence! I work from home, which means I am on Zoom/Teams calls all day. I can't have coworkers shouting "we can't hear you" every single time I talk. It is ridiculous. No one needs freaking artificial intelligence on a microphone. What they need is a microphone that ALLOWS YOUR VOICE TO BE HEARD ON-TIME, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Going to try one more time to get this to work, and then I'm sending it back. Good connection distance and comfortable to year. The microphone is your standard mic. No issues with it. The earpieces pivot and twist to your ears for a nice fit. They are cushy as well. No issues with volume. Battery life is decent. Overall a decent headset.
