The knife set has lots of different knives for different cutting needs. The big knives are sharp, I have used them to cut meat, carrots, potatoes, and other vegetables. The steak knives are good to cut steaks easily. I like the colors, they look nice in my kitchen with the rainbow color acrylic holder.
