So I used the big knife, only once, to cut onion and bell pepper. The blade is chipped already. I washed and dried it by hand. So far poor quality of the knife

I've never used steak knives so lightly, which is not the most luxurious dining experience, but they work. They are very hard to clean; the dishwasher makes them rust, so we hand wash them, and they rip apart everything we wash them with. They are OK.

Best knife set for the money I’ve found so far. These went in a guest house where we cook, but not too often, so they don’t require the performance of $300 knife sets. You can store them fanned open or closed, and I think they add a touch of class to my countertops. I’ve only used them a few times so far, but they are certainly sharp, and clean up nicely. I don’t put these in the dishwasher. Great set ... show more
