My granddaughter really loves the electric scooter that I got her for her birthday. Unfortunately after only a couple of weeks the scooter would not run. I reached out to customer service through amazon and the company that sells the scooter immediately responded to our concerns. They are sending us a replacement scooter. I appreciate the quick response and they are giving me an extended 2 warranty on the scooter. Received in well packed package. Scooter quality is very good and sturdy. I haven’t expect that it can climb 35 degree slope with 12 kgs of weight. Turning radius is good and comfortable for my 3 years old daughter. Broad wheel base provide good balance for kids below 3. In full charge my daughter drove it for nearly 45 mins with no lag and I believe still it left with some charge. Bit expensive but performance wise it’s good. I thought this would be the perfect gift for my son’s birthday - and it was while it lasted. But when I went to charge it for the first time after one day of use it would not charge. I spoke to the company and they sent me a battery(that didn’t fit!) And then Amazon sent me a replacement. The same thing happened with the second scooter - he rode it for a day and when we went to charge it the battery would not charge and remain dead.
