I ‘work from home’ and love my job. Unfortunately, I find myself sitting at the computer for long periods of time without a break. The lack of exercise isn’t something I thought about or was too concerned over, until recently. I noticed being ‘winded’ just climbing a few flights of stairs in my apartment building. I needed something that could give me a workout without taking up a lot of time. I had considered a treadmill; but I just don’t have enough space, even for one that fits under the desk or can be folded up for storage. I know me…..if I fold it up, it’s probably not coming back out anytime soon. This elliptical machine fits neatly under my desk and I can use it while I’m sitting there working. It really gives a good workout and I can feel the ‘results’ even after the short period of time I’ve had it. Glad I decided to give it a try.
