I purchased 3 of these Hoverboards for Christmas. One out of the three was bad. One Hoverboard would not hold a charge. I SUGGEST KEEPiNG THE BOX IN ORDER TO RETURN THE HOVERBOARD if it DOES NOT WORK. The return was easy in the original box and packaging. The boards are heavy. The company responded fast.
