My son really enjoys his JetKart. The only thing that really bothers me though is the fact that the Velcro straps delivered with this JetKart are too short to actually hold the hoverboard in, this makes no sense to me. It should be delivered with long enough straps to hold the hoverboard in. My second complaint would be, that no matter how hard we tried to adjust the width to hold the hoverboard in, it continues to have a gangsta lean. But again, my son very much enjoys this product and rides around the neighborhood with his friend. The JetKart is even strong enough for a parent to try it out. ... show more

Well made but it takes time to get used to. Practice on a empty parking lot or basketball court. Keep an eye on the straps. They are velcro straps so they will get loose over time. Be Safe.

Super fun. Nice big front tire and suspension. Smooth ride. However, poor materials and quality control. Handlebars were totally bent and misaligned in addition to being damaged ("Used, Very Good"). See picture. It's way off. Handlebar on right is pointing straight at camera, and left one points outwards. That's the manufacturer's fault. I tested it with the official Jetson Flash which it's supposed to be designed for. Frame is wobbly, rocks sideways, handlebars don't stay in position, and will jerk up/down when powered off. For lightweight riders. I'm about 150LBs, and it supports me well, but is not suitable for heavier riders of 170+LBs. Seat is the same cheap thin plastic one used with most kart attachments, but can build a nice custom seat (wood/foam/leather). Requested refund. Ordered another. Love the Jetson Flash hoverboard, and this kart may be good for it, but for most hoverboards, there are better alternatives such as the Hover-1 Beast Buggy, and Hi-Boy makes a kart with suspension on the seat itself so the handlebars stay in position. ... show more

    • Awful, Inept, and Lacking Integrity
We received the product with a set of hardware that was clearly intended for another product. None of the parts matched those in the assembly instructions and I gave them a try fir the sake of appeasing my daughter, and they clearly didn't fit. I decided to give the manufacturer a chance to rectify this. After a productive phone call that required me to send a screenshot proving I had indeed purchase this product, I thought all would be addressed soon. The customer service rep even said this was a recently common problem, which made me feel they'd address it quickly. Instead their customer service stonewalled me. After I proactively reached out through multiple venues they asked for more info that I immediately provided (pics of the hardware they sent). They were again nonresponsive, so I kept following up. Ultimately I gave up on them. Unfortunately I learned that by the time I had that they had done such a great job of stalling that I now cannot return the product through Amazon. That's $100 I'll never get back. Very disappointing. Given the alternatives available and their pervasive issue of providing the wrong hardware, I'd avoid this product if at all possible. ... show more

After reading all of the 1 star ratings I was a bit hesitant. BUT! I got one anyway. I have 2 hover boards lying around that no one uses any more... I figured this would be a fun way to get some more use out of at least 1 of them. Item was brand new not used like so many seemed to have gotten. Works as advertised. I weigh 200 lbs. Weight limit on box says 250. This thing really moves! One can really get the performance out of this option! Great fun! I may get a second one! ... show more
