I have a bad ankle and wanted something to carry me around when I go to my flea market Hamfests. This scooter is perfect, and the price is right. Florida is a long way from California, and arrived in about a week. It was very well packed with a lot of cushion material, and 30 min later it was assembled. I took it out for a spin and logged 6 miles around my community, 15 mph max with my 175 lb frame. The battery bars dropped one bar. The next day I covered another 6.5 miles, then the last battery bar started blinking and the motor started cutting on/off as I drove into the garage. For my purpose 12.5 miles is plenty of ground to cover on a charge. There were no hills to climb, but the motor has nice pickup to accelerate. If I took one hand off the handle bars, the scooter felt like it wanted to shimmy, so I think 15 mph is plenty of speed. Otherwise, it felt solid. There is no key or security device to keep anyone from driving the scooter off, just a button to energize the throttle and lights. So I carry a 6' length of wire cable and a lock to secure it. A reasonably loud buzzer horn will warn others or "toot" to say Hi. No turn signals, but each front and rear disc brake will activate the brake light, and the front and rear lights can be turned on or off. It took 6 hours to recharge the 36v battery. The owners manual says to leave the battery charger on for another hour to put a really good charge on, but that makes no sense. Once the charging light goes off, the charging stops. Also, for safety, you don't want to overcharge these lithium batteries. I noticed the charger got quite warm - 113 degrees (which may be normal). I had an aluminum heat sink lying around the shop, so I tied it on with string, and this brought the temp down to 100 degrees. Just string, I made no holes or connections to the charger. Overall, this is a very nice scooter and is fun to ride. The 12 .5" X 2.25" air filled tires give a smooth ride. The seat height is easily adjustable. After 4 weeks of use it has my 5 star with no hesitation. It is always a risk to buy battery backed up scooters but so far its performance is as good as expected. This is a great scooter ! Originally planned on buying one but ended up buying 3 so the whole family could have fun. The box it arrives in is big - its almost put together really. For some reason they don't put the very necessarily screws in any sort if package- they they are just loose in the giant box. All three of them were packed the same so it seems that is just how it's done. Fairly easy to put together- they include some Allen wrenches and basic instructions. Once we fully charged them we were impressed by how much torque they have ! Pretty darn quick for a scooter ! We have taken them on several rides a couple of miles each time and the charge appears to last a decent amount of time ..of course if you're riding it at full speed the battery will drain faster. It has a little battery indicator screen but it's pretty hard to see just glancing at it ... wish it was a better indicator for both battery life and power being on/off but it gets the job done. I’ve now got 2 of these. They are great. We use them while camping to get around. The farthest distance we have gone on one charge is about 7 miles. They hold their charge very well. I can get 20MPH on flat ground. Does great on average inclines but Struggles on steep hills which is to be expected. I also have a friend that bought one after using one of mine. Definite 5 star item. They fold small enough to fit them both in my truck bed along with my coolers. Great value. ... show more

I had only slight difficulty with assembly, the instructions could be clearer. Otherwise, I love this scooter. I’m 63 years old and find it very easy because of the seat. The basket is convenient and sturdy. I got great value for my money!

Pros: 1. Easy Ride 2. Has decent speed 3. Fun 4. Perfect for small commutes/Student Transportation 5. Decent price 6. Basket (carry a small pet/ a bag of groceries/ small bag/purse/ small items) 7. Battery life 8. Compact 9. Feels better to sit than stand for a long time with a regular e-scooters 10. Perfect "adult toy" if you have knee/back issues 11. Loud Horn/ brake/ headlight included Cons: 1. Depending on your size, if your lighter you'll probably get the max range of 20 mph/range/speed For me 17-18 mph max, haven't used it till the battery drained but assuming I can get 15 mph in range max 2. Seat is uncomfortable after riding awhile, Gonna eventually switch out 3. Wish the LCD Monitor gave you the option to control your speed like the other brand E-Scooters (I also owned a Caroma E-scooter and it has the option to control your speed) 4. So far where I have traveled, I just take it inside with me but also purchased a lock just in case, Doesn't feature an anti-theft option so either take it with you inside if you can or make sure you secure it! 5 I guess its normal but it does take 5-6 hrs to charge fully but overall for a basic, budget scooter, if your not needing all the "bells and whistles" that sum more expensive e- scooters offer, its a cool lil e- scooter! ... show more
