This scooter was all that it was advertised and more. It came just days from ordering and it was already assembled. It is very robust and fast. It is bigger than the scooters you hire on the street which to me is a complete bonus, it has a bit of power. I would definitely recommend this beast, I use it every day to commute to work which isn't far but so much better than walking the 2.5 miles especially now that we are in 100 degree heat and with living downtown and no breeze, this scooter makes it all the more easier. We tried two other scooters which both had no air pressure within a week. This scooter came and started strong as was very sturdy from the beginning.. After several months of daily use, one bolt came out. It didn't seem like a big deal, my wife simply wrote to customer support requesting the bolt. This is where it gets strange. First they tell her that it will takes months to get there. They they offer her money ($60) to go away. My wife persists asking for the simple bolt. Then she gets these odd emails claiming that the support person will get fired if she keeps asking for the bolt. She persists, and then suddenly we get a package with the bolt. Funny enough the day before we get the bolt, I take the other half of the bolt to the hardware store and they sell me the bolt fo .97 cents with a locking washer. I simply put in the bolt with a locking washer and voile all is great Now 7 months after purchase the entire thing just froze and broke. It froze while my son was driving causing a crash. Fortunately no one was hurt My wife reached out to customer service and of course their answer is, “3 month warranty no help for you”. I am taking up with Amazon but i am sure nothing will be done So net net looks sturdy but falls apart and customer service is beyond horrible, verging on surreal ... show more

Scooter is well made Lights are good but wish backlights were a bit loud and headlight was able to be stretched so it can be seen better Scooter comes with a horn loud enough to be heard Speed is good and is what it is listed as The display is amazing and cool looking but has icon features that the scooter doesn’t even support which means it was prolly brought over from another isinwheel scooter It’s worth the money though and definitely should be bought if you are looking for a reasonably priced scooter that’s fast and can go a good distance😁 ... show more

I’m really happy with the isinwheel GT2 Electric Scooter! The 1000W motor is powerful and gets me up to 28 to 37 MPH. Its big tires handle rough roads easily. It’s comfortable to ride thanks to it’s great suspension, and the foldable design makes it easy to store its saves lots of spec when I store in the house. What an incredible device. It will take you farther, longer, and faster than a human should go on a scooter. If you want more power standing 6" off the ground, buy an emotorcycle. It's super tough, with a great suspension system too. The spec's say 28 miles max. However, who would ever ride a scooter 28 miles ? We have Not maxed out the miles, but with that kind of claim, we have only had to charge it a very few times, in many miles of use. Ok, the downside...It is a bit heavy. If you are intending on folding it up and carrying it for whatever reason, it weighs 57lb. A sack of concrete at Home Depot weighs 60lb. But....that is a minor trade off for the performance it has. The tires are kinda knobby, which on gravel or grass is great, no worries of it slipping out from under you. On pavement, you will hear them sing a little. Bottom line, we're buying a 2nd one "for the grandkids" 😉 ... show more
