BEWARE of Isinwheel products. Before you buy, I suggest you try contacting their support center. I ordered mine in December. Within 60 days, the scooter started having problems. It would not stop running, and I had to hold the brake even at a complete stop. After many attempts to contact support, I never received a response. When I called the support line, a recorded voice said I needed to email them for any support. I gave up and ordered a new throttle. It was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days. I never received the throttle, and I was unable to get my money back. ... show more

esta buena la scooter pero el servicio al cliente es pésimo tuve q contactar a amazon para q ellos me pudieran responder y una vez q me llamaron fue desde francia, y luego todo fue por email porque los horarios de servicio al cliente no coinciden con los de USA , es una locura pues al final me toco q devolverla ya q estaba entre los 30 dias si no fuera perdido todo el dinero aunque al final me toco q pagar el envio q nunca me regresaron el dinero, osea q perdi 200 dolares por un defecto de este producto, sinceramente no lo recomiendo porque no existe las garantías de el mismo. ... show more
