I wanted to cut out time to walk to and from work and train stations - so I decided to get into the world of scooters. Wanted low price.. but had to go fast enough to make a difference. (like.. a 15 mph scooter would not save me all that much time. ) Then this popped up on Amazon Prime day. original was 899 down sale for 599. few days later - I saw it on isinwheel website for about 650. Anyways - It's real nice. It was easy to learn how to ride..but it is always exhilerating at 28 MPH. The thing that you notice is the strength of the steel. Its super heavy duty. No wonder it's rated up to a 330lb load! The nattery seems to go a nice long ways.. I haven't pushed it to see the extreme limits. The headlight isn't like a flashlight but you can operate in the dark well enough. Tail lights and turn signals are great. The Display is simple and easy. The wheels are big enough to run over any bump in the road. (and they hum like off road Jeep tires!) The negatives would be the catch mechanism for when you folded the scooter and want to carry it. (because it's so sturdy from thick steel it's pretty heavy - like a sutcase at the limit for an airport. And that weight needs something sturdy to carry it. At first the latch did not work at all. Then I pulled up on the metal that protrudes off the deck at the rear. I pulled it up and away from the rear tire. Then.. it latched well enough. But it isn't a true clasp or anything. I wish they would improve on this design. If you don't have to fold your scooter, ever... you'll love this scooter 100%. If you have to walk up stairs and put your scooter in a SUV/van/truck... you'll love your scooter only 99.9%. Great great purchase.. I hope they make the exact same scooter with dual motors one day. The charger is weak enough to not overheat. I can charge the scooter from the accessory outlet in my minivan. But the box that does the AC/DC does get a little warm for my liking.. I wish it was an aluminum box. ... show more

    • Great scooter, but battery doesn't last like they claim.
It does the speed, but not the range. It claims to have 37 miles of range, but I think they have mistaken as it's more like 37 kilometers. I've tried on many occasions to be gentle and on smooth roads and can never get it past 23 miles max. I still like it but kind of disappointed that I can't do the long rides I was expecting. ... show more

The scooter is plenty fast and the rear wheel drive is a blast. It's easy to assemble and use. The turn signals are a fun feature. The hidden USB type-A port in the side of the display module works perfect for adding some LED lighting or phone charger. It also turns on and off with the scooter as an extra bonus. Battery life has been good so far and it charges pretty quick too. It lags a little up steeper inclines due to having only a single motor, but that's expected. The headlight beam is very narrow and hard to see where you are going at night, but that's fixable with an extra bike light. Overall I would highly recommend for the price point. Support has also been quick to respond and super helpful in getting replacement parts (I broke one of the turn signals trying "tricks" lol). ... show more

I’m 250 pounds and I reached 28 mph with no issues really good quality haven’t had any problem had it for almost 2 months tires are really thick and good headlight works and lights up really good turn signal are bright enough for cars to see. Breaking is really good breaks fast and easy to use and assemble took me 15 min to assemble just one issue when folding and picking it up it unhooks besides that really good. Ok, I do not know if I just got lucky with my S10Max or what. But I get it up to 35 mph in sport mode very easy. A couple times I have seen the speedo show 42 mph. I ride it everyday to work and it does very well. I hit speed bumps just to catch alittle air and it flys over those as well. Its strong, it looks good (after removing ALL the stickers) and its reliable. I dropped it accidently and broke one of the turn signals on the handle bars and Isinwheel sent me new turn signals the following week for nothing. For the price, it is well worth it. I know when I wanting to buy this I was hunting for reviews. Exceeds expectations. Great suspension so smooth ride. I haven't went to 28 yet due to comfort but it goes to 28. Turn signals, 2 brakes, off roading does pretty decent actually, great build. Get this. If you have a latch issue use hammer/pliers to pull up the hook. I would recommend helmet and a phone attachment like I have. Customer service amazing! ... show more
