I'm very pleased with this scooter. I live in a hilly neighborhood and weigh 220lbs. I got about 7 miles and was down to 50% but I had it in sport mode the entire time and that was plenty to get me around town and back home! It is fast 28mph is easy to hit on flat straight aways. It did "over heat" 3 times (a little light just flashes on the screen) but it just slows down the scooters acceleration but still let's you go 20mph. I drove it in ECO mode (15mph max) for a mile and the over heating went away so it went right back into sport. :) deffinelty recommend, best scooter for the price. Keeping it in drive mode (25 mph max) didn't let it over heat at all. ... show more

Scooter overheated on day one and continued to overheat everyday. Scooter does not go over 5-7 miles before overheating. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN AND RESTOCKING BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT BUY

The thermals on this scooter are really bad. It will start overheating after 15 min of use on Drive mode and with 75 degree weather. It is faster than the average scooter which is why I bought it but it doesn't last past 10 min on Sport mode unless it's cold outside and even then it'll still heat up after some time. I got this to go long distances at a fast pace but I'm barely able to complete my short commute to school. I've been left walking too many times because of the rapid overheating. ... show more

Yeah I got a flat one time and also took awhile to fix it when disassembling the rear tire. Because there's a screw that locks the tube in place so I had to disassemble the entire rear tire. The bolts are not long enough I don't know how they manage to press it in because the bolt is not making any contact so I had to order mxuteuk M4 Screws just to get it done right a 20mm bolt at least, jesus man it's a hassle but if u done it once next time will be easier! ... show more

So I bought this scooter for commuting to and from school it was working perfectly for two weeks when I began to encounter issues with the back wheel while riding it. I ended up reaching out to customer support where after a week of sending videos to show them potential cause of the issue, they guided me into fixing the issue and even sending me the parts necessary (this case the motor located in the back wheel) to fix it. Having previously purchased two scooters from another company, I can confidently assert that the iScooter stands out as a true gem in its category. My first scooter was intended as a gift for a friend's child, so I didn't delve too deeply into its specifics. The second from another company, however, was a major disappointment. Purchased for my daily commute spanning 3.5 miles each way between the train station and my workplace, it barely managed a round trip on a single charge, leaving me with less than 50% battery capacity - hardly sufficient for the next day's journey. Daily charging became an inconvenient necessity. Enter the iScooter, a game-changer in every sense. This marvel not only astonished me with its extended battery life - allowing me to go three days between charges on a full battery - but also significantly outpaced my previous scooter models.
