I’ve had so much fun riding this scooter. Beautiful. Comfortable. Wide standing base. 25mph feels very fast and I have not wanted to exceed that in any circumstance. At first the high speeds felt shakey. But I found that if you rock from side-to-side at high speeds, the shake is no longer there as you are more engaged with the road through the steering column.     • Broke after 7 months. Waste of money!
We bought for our son’s bday present last November and it just stopped working after 7 months. He used 2-3 times per week around the neighborhood and worked as expected. He was riding it one day, fully charged, the scooter completely stopped working. We contacted the manufacturer for warranty and found out we have to pay for shipping to/from the manufacturer to evaluate the issue and will cost almost $200 (for shipping) and didn’t really seem interested in taking care of their customer. First i felt there is a little problem with the handlebars having a little bit of a flex to it, the technician from INOKIM solved the problem in one second through zoom video conference, wow!
