This is my first printer, and I was a bit nervous at first due to the lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I decided to buy it. When I first received it, I had some issues installing it, but after communication with customer support, everything was sorted out, and now I can print beautiful designs without any problems. I only gave it 1 star because I had to give it at least 1 if not it would get zero! I bought this printer and was never able to print with it! I spent 3 days on What’s App with a representative trying to get it to print. The white ink would not print and it kept mixing with the other colors so I would have to purge the entire system and start over again. The representative “Fiona” said that the white dampers were defective and that they have new ones but they did not ship the correct part of offer to replaced to defective dampers. I finally decided to return the product before my 30 days were up. They have kept over $500 of my money for a restocking fee that was not specified in the information on Amazon about the item. ... show more

I had a lot of issues getting it delivered with customs etc., but when it finally arrived and all accessories arrived as well, the set up was difficult however Poppy with Customer Service Saved the day and walked me through it all. It did not stop there any time I had an issue or difficulty she was the one that saved me and made me love the Printer rather than Hate it. The print quality is great when it prints. I had quite a few issues with the printer but ink sonic made it right. They sent me another curing oven because the wires in my original melted. Then the printer at the pump ended up leaking white ink every where what a mess. Ink sonic tech Fiona is great. She had the circulation pump sent to replace the one that leaked. They also sent me ink. We couldn't figure out why the white was going grey even after making sure the ink waste cap was clean but eventually I got it working. It is a long process cleaning the tube tank for white ink and the tube's. But Fiona was with me the whole time. Make sure you buy extra parts on hand because it sometimes takes a while to get to you and incase you struggle with the white ink turning colors in the damper. I now keep a stock of white dampers and I check the tubing to make sure there are no leaks. ... show more

I've had nothing but problems since I have ordered the dtf printer bundle. My oven got lost in the mail so I had to get a new one. My printer won't print and I've done about everything possible to get it to work. Customer service is a joke to get a hold of. They won't do a return because ink was put in the machine even though it doesn't work. Save your money and order from somewhere else. ... show more
