I needed a longer gas line for my gas dryer, and this fit the bill (more or less; it's larger than the one I had, so I needed one adapter piece (a 1/2 to 3/8 male to female piece to allow the 1/2 fitting that comes with this hose to fit to the 3/8 male harness on my dryer). This has 5/8" flare fittings on both ends of the hose, but the included fittings connect that to 1/2" threaded fittings. That worked great for my gas line, but needed the adaptation for my dryer. I love that this is 72", which buys me some needed length to reposition my dryer. Quality of the fittings all seem good, and it's handy that this comes with flare to regular threaded for both ends, both male/male and male/female. It also comes with NG-ready plumber's tape, though I used joint compound instead. In all, this seemed right in line with the quality of other gas lines I've used. ... show more
