I’m a parent that likes to have eyes on my child when they are napping, when I’m away from the home and they are with a sitter, I always like to know they are safe. This kit gives you a local monitor that has ALL the bells and whistles. Does your child need it to be a certain temperature to sleep well? This tells you the temperature of the room. Want music or white noise? It has that. Have the monitor on for dad but you want to go outside and garden and be able to check on your child at will? You can check the app any time too, and the split screen is amazing. You can use the cameras in different rooms or mount them in different locations in the same room to get full coverage even in the smallest bedroom. They come with charging cables adapters and wall mount hardware, and the it took less than 2 min to connect to the app and add both cameras. Excellent picture quality, seamless motion tracking, motion and noise notifications to let you know your child is crying (or talking to themselves). Motion detection alarm With volume control, two way mic to tell your kid to get off the dresser, feeding reminders, and power save mode. Night vision is perfect and you can turn working lights off if it battles your black out curtains. The monitor and the cameras both take memory cards and they record continuously or by event. Purchased this for my toddler and new infant rooms. One of the cameras was not sending sound to the monitor, so I contacted the tech support. They were quick to respond, and sent a working camera to me via Amazon pretty fast. I love that I can use the monitor AND the app. The video quality is sharp and clear. We are so happy that the new camera came so quick, so now I have everything set up for both my kids rooms. We recently had our second child and after using the Vtech baby monitor with our first child we were interested in this ieGeek due to its dual capabilities to see both kiddos and I must say, it is tremendous! This camera has exceeded all my expectations and has become an essential part of our parenting routine. The screen is pretty energy efficient allowing it to last for quite a while before charging, but it is quick charging with USB-C it's not a big deal at all! I would say the entire setup at most takes 5 minutes or less if you are pretty savvy with tech, I found it easier than some very big brand name devices. All you have to is connect it to your wifi network and once that is done you can easily access it through the application, the vast majority of this setup can easily be done on your phone if needed. The application is pretty user friendly, there are definitely a lot of options and the convenience with cloud storage which is very handy, however you don't need the cloud services, but in that case you don't use the cloud storage you will want to make sure and provide your own micro SD card. The application also notifies me when my baby walks or cries due to the built in IR motion sensor which is invaluable given the need to make sure he doesn't get hurt or needs my immediate attention. IeGeek is a really great service has a near instant notification push to your phone unlike some other Apps. The volume is clear and loud and picks up beautifully, I can soothe her over the camera if I’m busy and my voice is clear and doesn’t sound robotic or static like. It even plays soft music if you want it to. I love the fact there’s no lights on the camera so it doesn’t keep my kid up at night. Works better than most of the cameras I've used in the past, especially the really cheap ones that turn yellow and I actually had to throw out because it kept losing connection and the battery was absolutely terrible. Great company, great customer service, and awesome product. I gave 5 stars with the small cons because others may not like those "downsides", like there will be noise if the monitor is close to the camera, but that's not a big deal for us. I hope this helped anyone looking for details to make a decision. I have already recommended this to other friends multiple times. ... show more

I searched and returned so many products before being happy with this unit and the cameras. It does have great resolution during day and especially at night. The others that I tried that was dual cameras you couldn't make anything out at night. This has a soft music that plays and my son loves the twinkle twinkle song. Well worth the money. ... show more

The cameras aren’t too clear in the dark. The app on the phone only works on one phone. You can’t be signed in more than one phone at a time. It’ll jerk logging you out and you have to log back in everytime you want hi see it. I’ll be returning.

We have a 4 and 2 year old and this new monitor is an incredible step up in quality from the Hello Baby monitor and other brands we’ve had before it. I was surprised how great the screen clarity was and the dual screen function is amazing. I will say the sounds quality could be a bit better because it can be hard to hear sometimes but it’s still a great tool. It’s easy to set up and install and connects at a far distance. I do wish you could add the app to more than one device but I’m glad it has that feature regardless. ... show more
