I am sooo glad I opted for the off road upgrade. Worth the $100 app day long. We live in the country and that’s our driveway... he can ride all the way down but it does poop out on the steep incline up... however he can ride it up the incline of the paved road with the same Incline! It’s awesome. It zips around the lawn w no issue. Even wet grass doesn’t seem to slow it down. The blue tooth is awesome for him, the lights work. It starts every time. We’ve had it since Christmas 2019 and no issues. It’s used 3-5 days a week sometimes and he carries items across the yard for me. So yes it’s sturdy! No I can’t ride it haha so idk about for an adult but he’s 10 and then add weight of rocks or patio chairs or whatever and it still tricks a lot. Yes battery life can always be longer on most things in my opinion but this doesn’t seem to interfere with the fun of it. If your wondering if it’s worth it for the off road do it.     • Stopped working within 5 months
Got this for my daughter for her birthday. She opened it June 1st and immediately played with it almost non-stop for several days. The battery charge lasted long enough for her and her brother was a bit jealous as his doesn’t work on pebbles in the street that this could. However, one day she went to turn it on and it just won’t. It stopped working in late October. Won’t even charge. Nothing. It lasted less than 5 months. She never crashed it, dropped it, got it wet, etc. she was always super cautious. I’m upset that this stopped working so quickly. I feel like I wasted money when I could have gotten one for less money that wouldn’t have been such a big issue if it had stopped working. ... show more

Purchased this for my son for Christmas. He had never tried one before, he got right on and I was shocked at how easy it was to ride. Its very fun. It worked for about 2 weeks then stopped. If you turned the board on it took off by it self at full speed! then would stop and just beep. I SO glad I purchased the protection plan. I was able to get a refund for it and the customer services was great. Ill def be purchasing a replacement one! They are so fun ... show more

    • Not all terrain! Doesn't hardly move in grass
It's a really nice looking board, however its super heavy! Monday my 4 yr old could carry it around .. I bought 2 of these and bought them because i wanted my children to be able to ride on the grass in our yard. Our yard also has a slope. ( it wouldnt budge on slope)This thing would barely move on the grass or on the gravel driveway! I really think its because its so heavy. I bought another brand and compared side by side. It was lighter had same size tires and it did what this one wouldnt. And it was 43 bucks cheaper! If your looking for an all terrain for your kids to ride on grass, dirt or gravel dont buy this one! If itbwerent for that id say it was a nice board. Oh and also check your board good one of the 2 I bought the plastic was cracked and looked as if it had epoxy put on it. My Kids, age 10 and 11, have been playing with this hover-board since for two months, almost daily and they love it. Glad we went with the 8.5 inch wheels. It works better and is easier to ride compared to their friends 6" wheeled one. It is very sturdy , pairs easily with the i-phone for tunes, and sounds great. The media could not be loaded. So we originally purchased this last year for our matching go kart but the go kart was missing parts and sent back so it was just a standalone Hoover kids would ride every weekends and since I want to say March we would charge it it say fully charged and then just shut off or twitch around and then shut off. I requested for a replacement but Amazon policy it’s out of range for anything so I contacted hyper GOGO and I’m getting the run around to contact Amazon again it’s still under one year since purchased so I hope we can get something fixed or replaced not looking for a refund. ... show more

Bought this a month ago for my 12 yr old daughter's birthday. This unit exceeded my expectations. It's very well made, the tires are truly all-terrain and just what we needed. We live out in the country with little to no solid, flat surfaces on which to ride. She can go from sidewalk to grass to gravel and dirt road with ease. She rode 3/4 of a mile to our mailbox and back on all gravel and still had plenty of battery life. She usually can get about 30 min of constant riding between charges.
