Bought this a Gift. Would hardly run out of box and would not charge. Request for return was accepted but return shipping was to be paid by me. After reading more reviews that looked like another expense I would not get refunded. Communication with this seller is difficult at best. Very disappointed with this whole purchase experience. Bought these for my granddaughters, 6,10 and 11. They have only had them for 2 weeks, but love them. The youngest uses it to go around the house and pick up things on the floor and put them away. So far, so good!
