The media could not be loaded. I bought 1 first and out of the box it didn't work at all. I bought the second on May 20th, it is Junn24 and not it doesn't balance at start making impossible to ride, or no anything with it. I want my money back.

It was great it arrived in two days! I wasn't sure it would be good for my nine-year-old for his birthday, but it was! he was so worried that he would not be able to ride it but when he stepped on it, he just cruised all over the place. he fell once he got back up and was fine and the hover board was not what made him fall, he tripped over a stick.
