When package was opened, the glass cover for light was shattered. Need a replacement globe for light fixture on fan.

    • We have no control of the fan speed after installation.

After installation the fan switch seems to have locked up after cycling through from off to all speeds. We have pulled as hard as we dare for fear of breaking something. Fortunately it is stuck in the fastest speed because it moves very little air. As a real fan goes it is a dud. Additionally the lights are a joke as lights go and the bulbs are going to be very hard for this 75 year old to change. During installation we witnessed the installer having a hard time fumbling with the globe while screwing the bulbs. It is almost 12' off the ground and I don't look forward to replacing bulbs. If I had any idea the speed switch was going to lock up I would never have had it installed. Same goes for the fan and light output. It is pretty, but is the poorest example of Honeywell products I have ever seen. Save yourself from disappointment and pick a similar product at 1/3 the price. ... show more

I want to caution people from buying these fans! I installed them all properly. Upon my wife using one of these fan lights she was electrocuted. I mean so bad it knocked her down. Electrician cost ($175) checked all of them. He said the fan light was bad. It could have caused a fire or death. Thank God we called an Electrician. ... show more

One fan worked great. the other has a high hum and the light is dim, and when the fan is turned on it gets brighter. Tried to email and call. The email address was no good. its been over a week since I was told someone would get back to me... not worth the money.
