Features

  • Remote Control: You can easily control 6 wind speeds, lights on or off, and a fan timer function 2 hours from anywhere in the room.Fans or lights can work simultaneously or individually. Comes with a remote control wall mount for easy access and placement of the remote control on the wall.
  • Fully Dimmable: The light of the ceiling fan can be cycled in three lighting tones (Warm White, Neutral White and Cool White), and the color temperature and brightness can also be freely adjusted.
  • Quiet Reversible Motor: The ceiling fan motor provides ultra-powerful airflow, moving the air downwards in summer for high speed cooling of the room, while the ceiling fan has a good airflow of over 2000 high CFM. And it can run in reverse in winter, allowing the air to flow upwards, helping to rotate the warm air in the room, evenly distributing it throughout the room.
  • Safety Design: The covered enclosed fan is ideal for low ceiling and the room with a bunk bed. Comfortable with kids climbing around on the beds and do not have to worry about them getting hit by a fan blade.

  • Overall, I'm Extremely Pleased
Color: White
I'm really glad I bought this fan for a room that has low (7'6") ceilings and desperately needed a low profile ceiling fan. I'm 6-feet tall, and the bottom of this fan is well above my head. I was also leery about buying a fan with LED lights, but I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with the light both in terms of the selectable temperature and the dimmer feature. The fan pushes a good amount of air around, even on the low setting. It's very quiet. Some reviews mentioned that it was difficult to install. The instructions are clear that this installation needs two people, and although I have installed a number of ceiling fans myself, I agree, this one definitely needs a second person to hold it up while the other person connects the wires and mounts the base onto the bracket screws. The reason a second person is needed is the wires are connected to a little aluminum box inside the motor housing, and that little metal box is attached to the housing by a single, thin, flat piece of aluminum, and I'm afraid that if I had let the fan hang by the connected wires, it would have damaged that little piece of aluminum. I wasn't super into the idea of a remote, but after using it, I have decided that it's not bad at all, and it allows you to change the fan speed, light color & temperature, and the fan rotation with none of those cheap dangling metal pull chains that most ceiling fans have and that seem to eventually get broken or snap off inside the motor. Pros: Great air circulation Very good light temperature (three temperatures ranging from bright white to warm white, very similar to a traditional incandescent bulb) and brightness control. Nice look Very low profile. Unlike some of the reviews, I found the instructions to be clear and easy to follow. The hot and return wires come ready to install in a wire cap. They have an exposed tip (roughly 1/3 of an inch of wire is exposed" and a little brass cap to prevent the twisted wire from fraying when you put the wire cap on. I like a little more wire exposed, so I stripped a little bit more, but I actually don't recommend that. Just use it the way it is. I also really liked that this came with two mounting bars in a cross pattern. So unlike most light fixtures and ceiling fans that have only two (or sometimes one) mounting screw, this has four. It's much more sturdy. Cons: You definitely should have two people do the installation The thin metal strap that holds the wiring box seems pretty flimsy, but once the fan is installed, it's completely fine. The motor housing is also made of a thin metal, and it's easy to bend the piece that forms the slot where you have to slide in the mounting screws. You won't damage the housing unless you somehow drop the fan, and the metal where the mounting screws go will straighten out when you tighten them. Still, I have to say this is a better design than trying to line up the screw hole on the motor housing with the screw hole on the bracket and then getting the screw in straight like traditional ceiling fans have. Some of the other reviews commented that they weren't sure whether the yellow wire was the ground wire or not. It is. It also has a green stripe on it so that if you live in an area, like the US, where ground wires are normally bare copper or have a green outer coating, that it's a ground wire. It's also much thinner than the hot and return wires (which are the normal white and black). Some of the reviews also mentioned that the fan does not come with wire caps. While that's true, 99% of the time, a ceiling fan is replacing an existing light fixture, so there should already be wirecaps in the wiring box that you would simply reuse. Overall, I'm really pleased. It's a bit more pricey than I had planned, but it's impressive enough that I'm going to purchase another one for a second room that also has a 7'6" ceiling. ... show more

  • The word seems to be OPTIONS! .....Just Sayin'
Color: Black
I thought it would be a cute idea!! We had to wire it to a 2 wire system (old house). We were able to install with just my Husband and I (and a little help from our YouTuber's...) I felt like I was finding more options for it, just about every day. It has a bright light, if you want.. It has a yellow light, if you want. And then one that almost has a blue tint (I'm guessing soft, or something). You can set it to shut off in 1 hour or 2 it you want. After I thought I knew everything about the light, I passed by the room at night and it had turned into a very dim light. It looked like a soft night light, in the room. I could lightly see the LED's inside. I haven't even mentioned the fan yet... There are 3 settings for the fan. The lowest setting isn't too loud. You can use the fan and the light independent of each other. It even oscillates!!! In actuality, you can choose to have the cover spin and you will feel it going around the whole room, or you can set it in one position to target one section of the room. Which is really nice if you want the flow, but don't like it on you. If you shut off the main light switch, it will shut off everything, as that would be the main power source (I almost want to tape it...haha) We placed the remote holder (included) right by the switch. It looks great! I will include a picture of that too. We installed it in our remodeled guest room, which is 10' by 10'.... But I have NO DOUBT that it could handle a much larger room. I will be purchasing this same model for other rooms we will be remodeling!! ...Just Sayin' It was shipped covered with plastic and enclosed in tough Styrofoam (They must know the shipping companies, haha) I LOVE THIS ITEM!!!! ... show more

  • Great product for small areas or low ceilings. Lots of features. Might be slightly over priced.
Color: Black
I was looking for a low profile, flush mount type of fan for my sons room. We recently bought a loft bed for his room which put him much too close to the existing ceiling fan and put him in danger of getting hit by the blades. When I went looking, I had no idea there was enclosed fans on the market like this one. This fit my needs perfectly. With the added benefit of a LED light. The light is not replaceable by the way. But it is LED so should in theory should last many years depending on the quality. The included remote control is a nice feature. It allows you to turn the light on and off as well as cycle through 3 different light settings. The remote also lets you adjust the 3 fan speeds. This fan also includes an adjustable motorized air baffle on the bottom of the fan that turns which allows you to direct air in the direction you like. The baffle can also be controlled by the remote. The baffle can be left to run continuously as a type of oscillating fan or stopped when you get it aimed the direction you prefer. The remote also has a sleep timer for the fan with 3 settings of 1.2 and 4 hours. The remote uses a 12V a23 battery which is an odd size but very easy to find at most stores that sell batteries. This battery can last upwards of 5 years! The mounting hardware didn't fit my existing ceiling fan mount that was in the ceiling, but this was easily remedied by drilling a one small hole (see pictures) in the provided mounting bracket. The mounting hardware they provide suggests that you use the plastic molly type dry wall screws in the ceiling. Even with 4 of these screws and mollys provided I still wasn't comfortable mounting it this way. But if this is your only option the fan is very light and I'm sure this method would work just fine in the end. The fan blade diameter its self is small at only about 12 inches, but even so this little fan moves some air at full speed. I do wish the slowest speed was slightly faster as it barely seams to do anything at that speed, but honestly it will most likely only be run at full speed anyway. The light can be turned on and off from a hard wired wall switch, but the fan its self can only be turned on with the remote. However if the fan is already running and you turn off this same light switch, the fan will turn off, just wont turn back on but the light will. I do wish this fan had the option to be wired with the fan and light on separate switches. This is my only major complaint about this fan. If it had the option I suggested the $200 price tag would be justified. But currently it feels like its slightly over priced, but not by much. I would say $175-$180 feels better. In the end I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully the quality holds out. If not I will be back to edit and update this review. ... show more
