I had initial issues with this safe but after speaking with support all issues have cleared. The safe works perfectly now and it was an error on my part! Great safe perfect for hiding it behind clothes in the closet!!

This safe was pictured with a shelf on Amazon and the instructions. There was no shelf. The battery compartment was not as pictured in the instructions. It is very small and you can’t put a standard 8x11 in it without folding it. I am returning it and ordering something else.

I ordered this safe for a place to keep my documents safe, protected incase anything happen (fire, flood) and to my amaze when it came in the metal it’s probably 20 gauge all around (about 1mm thick), the door rattles and there are holes in the back! So the safe fails in all 3 categories! How can it be fire proof with holes in it? Or water proof with a door that has free room.. or sheet metal I can break into with a set of pliers. ... show more
