These are literally plug and play. I took them out of the box and connected them all to power to ensure that they worked on the monitor as well as the app. The set up is extremely easy. Cameras are also very easy to install. The cameras must be plugged in, these are not wireless or anything. However, they are Bluetooth…you just need to plug them into an outlet to give them power. So far I’ve had no connectivity issues. Picture quality is great and it has plenty of storage capacity for 24/7 recording which I love. I think it’s a great value for the money and customer support also reached out to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I bought this unit because of the 12 inch monitor. The 4 cameras work great for the monitor but the app for the phone is to a game company. I bought an Eseecloud system a couple of years ago and it still works good. But I need more cameras. What app is for the phone connection?

Ended up returning these. After calling an electrician to mount these outside found out it would require installing brand new outside outlets. They seem plug and play but could not get them to work on the app which defeats the purpose for buying these. Will be returning for battery operated cameras that don't need to be wired. ... show more

This camera system is fine if you don’t want a zoom function. They get stuck on max zoom and nothing but a hard reset fixes it. This is fine except they are affixed two stories up outside my home and reset daily is unreasonable. I bought a hisseu repeater thinking it was signal - they don’t automatically connect to the repeater so that was an expensive paperweight purchase. I bought 4 additional cameras specific to this system (after buying 4 that weren’t compatible) and before doing anything checked the PTZ. Zoom sticks on 10x zoom with the camera inches from the monitor. If you want the functionality you are purchasing DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I only gave it a two because it does transmit and receive AV data. If you expect anything more, though, this system ain’t it. ... show more
