The media could not be loaded. I don’t know if the foam insert has been replaced since others have reviewed this item, but mine is super firm and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. The instructions say to wait 48-72 hours for it to expand, but mine is super firm and needs no extra stuffing. I really like this ottoman! I sat on it and it didn’t squish down (160 lbs). I love the color and the texture. It’s super soft, lightweight, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Thinking of buying another for my family room to serve as extra seating when my family comes to visit. I highly recommend! ... show more

Horrible product.. Not solid or useful at all. Not enough stuffing in it at all!! if you put your feet on it, it sinks to the ground. It suggests Stuffing blankets in it Which tells me they know that it does not make a full proof if I have to stuff it myself. Do not recommend!

Beautiful poof, comfortable to sit on, but the insert that comes with it is not enough to fill it as nicely as it looks in the picture. I highly recommend getting some extra filler or another insert in addition to the one that comes with it. I'm very tempted to replace the original insert in fact with the material they put in bean bags as I think that would actually work better than the type of insert that came with it, which is an odd shape and more like compressed cotton in a fabric sleeve. ... show more

After only 24 hours, it has expanded very evenly. Super soft fabric, the color was true to what was advertised, firm to rest my feet, and is just the right height. No complaints. Exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

This has the equivalent stuffing of a SMALL pillow not an ottoman. When u put ur feet on it ur only about a few inches off the floor!! If u sit on it ur basically on the floor! Poorly made product and then to cost $50?!? What a joke!! This is what it looks like without even any pressure on it. They probably put in 5x the stuffing for the "advertised" picture. Don't waste your time...ur just going to have to go through the hassle of returning it but at least it is small enough to fit in a box lol. I should of listened to the other reviews... ... show more
