  • Very clever design
I bought this last minute, based on it being able to be delivered within hours before my canoe camping trip. Great: - tiny size - adapters for multiple fuels - almost weightless - heats water unbelievably fast - excellent build quality - the igniter works first click every time (so far, during the first camping trip) - price is unbelievably low for what you get Not so great - very tricky to get back into the cube - have to unscrew the fuel adapter to get it into the cube - 3 legs doesn't hold my little cooking pan stably because the handle unbalances the weight. - The temperature range for cooking is all at the low end of the fuel valve travel, almost off - With the temperature low enough to cook, the burners sputter. I am probably going to buy another one with less power so it handles cooking better (I use propane), and I will look for one with 4 legs. ... show more

  • Tiny and works well
It works well. It's a little hard to get out of the cube box, and I'm trying to remember how to get it back in there correctly. Otherwise, the thing worked flawlessly and impressed all my friends who camp more traditionally and try to cook everything on charcoal. I boiled water in minutes while they were for 45 minutes for charcoal. ... show more

  • Cooks well and travels light, but be careful as the base is narrow and could tip if topheavy
This lightweight cook stove is really handy for camping, day trips, or even cooking at work if in a remote area for prolonged periods. It assembles easily. It's not the tightest fitting assembly so be careful with heavy pots or if it's top heavy. Make sure you have something under it so it's stable. Overall though, it's a super handy stove to cook out away from a kitchen area. I can see many people using this for work to heat up their lunch. I recommend this product. ... show more

  • Learning curve - very portable!
Took me a bit to figure out which parts fit with other parts. If it came with instructions, I must’ve misplaced them already. It is supposed to connect to 3 different sources. The only connection I currently have available is butane canister. All propane is in the trailer for now. I had some trouble with figuring out the connections and loose spray of butane. Firstly, I had the stove part upside down. The ridged edges go on top to support pots/pans; the other flat edges are floor leg stops and the thin wire is the ignition from underneath. For butane canisters, first screw down the part coming from the stove to the adapter and make sure it is TIGHT. Then turn the adapter screw to MINUS as far as you can. Then snap/rotate the orange knurl to the left on canister (lined up with slot) to lock in place. Turn to PLUS side a bit and push the orange start button to ignite. Can’t see the flame in these photos because it is a bright sunny day. But I passed my hand over it after lighting and the heat was HIGH! To stop the burn, turn the small knob to the MINUS until shut off. I really like that this unit is compatible with either propane or butane because I normally have both while camping. Very small and easy to store with gear. Would even be doable for a backpack. Storage box it comes in is very tight! Takes a bit of effort and patience to get it packed back inside. ... show more

  • Who doesn’t need a wind proof camping stove
I recently got my hands on the WADEO 5800W Windproof Camping Stove, and I have to say, it's going to be fantastic when going camping! Of course I already had to try it out on a windy day to make sure it works. It works perfectly. The piezo ignition makes it super easy to start up, The two fuel canister adapter is a great bonus, allowing me to use different types of fuel. If you love to camp this is a must have. ... show more

  • It may work
A box of even smaller parts, no instructions. Guess they figure everyone has used this. Well. Not I.

  • Puts off some flames
I ordered this to put it in our emergency box. My husband tested it with a propane bottle. Holy Smokes! Barely open the flame was high. Not complaining at all! I know it will work! I was skeptical when I first pulled it out of the box. I thought there is no way this thing will work. I was seriously wrong. My husband plans on trying it with different heat sources. I do like that you have 3 options for lighting it up. My only issue with this is the box it came in. It is a very snug fit. Once it is out of there it is hard to put back in. I would make the box just a little bigger. ... show more
