I'm overall very happy with my purchase. Easy install, directions are more of a side note it's so easy to install. Picture quality is good and play back is smooth. I did have one camera that the IR didn't want to work but after contacting seller and doing their trouble shooting the replaced the camera free of charge! Email response was quick...sent email at 1145pm had responses by 130am. I've been running this for a month with no issue ... show more

Overall the cameras are good. The dvr unit is ok for the price. Easy to install all the cameras and wiring. Pretty much as simple as any other. The dome cameras are all plastic including the mounts. The exterior cameras are good and the infrared is good as well. As you can see it works with several different brands of cameras. I have several. Those cameras work well so I didn't put the other ones up. The one complaint I have is the mobile ap it wasn't hard to set up but the instructions didn't really explain how to do it. It was easy to set up once I figured it out. The mobile viewing works about 50% of the time and picture quality is sub par. I put in a hard drive myself and that worked fine. All in all I have it 4 stars as everything works good but the mobile viewing. So if you need good mobile viewing don't buy this. Hopefully this dvr will last a few years. ... show more

System was easy to install and set up. Cameras look great. It even had an app for remote viewing. But when I loaded the remote app. I found myself looking at someone else home. 4 cameras staring at someone else family. Contacted the company, sent them a bunch of technical info. they said they never heard of something like this. But they were no help. Could not fix the problem. The system is not secure. Whenever I talked about getting my money back, they stopped replying. Do not buy this unless you like being watched . ... show more
