The media could not be loaded. System seems to be OK. The manual is absolute waste of your time. The manual only covers a few of the topics but when you need information on how to add users to the account or anything else, you’re on your own. I tried contacting the company and it takes days for them to even respond. Can not get a phone number. I find it very upsetting that they will not include a manual or online manual for each operation of their software. Nothing!!!!!!! The force you do email them with your question and then after you do that they send you an email back asking for more information on stuff. You have no idea what the hell they’re talking about so you send them another email and a cycle continues. If I could just talk to someone on the phone I’m sure I can get this taken care of in about a minute. So buyer beware PS I never write reviews. Update!!!!! It’s now been several days since I installed the system. It appears that I do not have a 4 TB hard drive like it advertises. Customer service is the worst you’ll get to experience. You can only email them they respond approximately 5 to 12 hours later, I cannot sit in front of my computer and wait for an email back, all they do is tell me to unplug the system and plug it back in and the hard drive should appear which it doesn’t. I spent an entire day installing the system running wires through the attic and now it looks like I might have to remove everything and return it do yourself a favor and buy a system from any other company but these guys they are awful. They don’t understand what customer services is. It’s going to take a weeks at this rate to get the system working or a day to remove everything and return it and do it all over again, which is more valuable than the entire system I purchase. update 1/10/23 Still do not have a working system. Manufacture continues to ask for pictures of the DVR AND SCREEN Showing there’s no hard drive being recognized. All I want is what I paid for a working DVR with a 4 TB hard drive. It takes them approximately 12 to 24 hours to answer you and they answer with this cryptic broken English that doesn’t solve any issues. Just send me a new working DVR for the love of god. It’s not like something you can just send back when you spend an entire day with an employee on the clock. Running wires for 16 cameras through your attic, drilling holes through your ceiling walls, etc. so I’m just supposed to spend another 16 hours remove everything and package it all up and send it back. I have more time in payroll and hard work than it did to buy the system. Update 1/11/23 More emails (14 now) the company want more pictures of the system I bought???? This is totally out of contro!!!!!! I just want a working DVR. Please buy your system from this company. Amazon is not really doing anything to help me out either! They just tell me to return it. But I already ran the wires for all 16 cameras through the attic, drilled holes in walls and ceilings. It took myself and one employee 8 hours to install everything. Using it for a month. Works great. The software could use a little polishing. One example: On the cell phone and computer you need to select HD each time you go to a new camera. I would like to see an option to automatically go to HD. I'm sure the decision is based on bandwidth but let us choose. Night vision works great. I was looking for color night vision but the cost stopped me. For the price, I love this system. Easy to install. Plug and play. You need 3 or more bars on your cell phone to view the video. This system is expandable using Wifi camera. One consideration to keep in mind when expanding is what camera is compatible. I waited until the system was installed. I have installed 6 cameras so far. I hade blink cameras, these are by far much better. Our neighbors are using a signal jammer to shut our blink cameras down (which is illegal but works). It takes a little while to install but we'll worth it trouble. They never stop recording (even when hit with a laser). Great picture quality and night vision. My favorite part is They go directly to live view when you open the app, unlike blink. Less lag then blink and more reliable. I would definitely recommend these security cameras. ... show more

    • Great system until there's a storm.
To start off with I will say for the price, and what you get this system is decent. if you're using it indoors you might be fine, but all of my camera's are outside so maybe that's the issue. It comes with 16 cameras, a mix of dome and regular. Out of the box i loved this system. After about 6 months, and the first real storm of the season I had 3 cameras go out. My wiring was fine, and everything was tapped and covered as it should be. The cameras just went out. I attempted to contact their customer support, and got 0 response so I posted a Amazon review and got a response the next day. The Rep was super nice, and very helpful. He ended up getting my broken camera's replaced for me at no cost, and sent me a prepaid postage to mail the defective camera's back. I went ahead replaced them and all good. Fast forward another month-month and a half and guess what. another storm. With that 2 more cameras down. At that stage i was fed up trying to work with Zosi. I paid $20 for a new dome camera, and used a spare i had from a previous camera system to get back up and running. Honestly if another group of camera's goes out again ill probably end up just replacing the system completed with a different company. I had a swann system for years and never had a single issue with them. I gave them a try and honestly regret it at this point. My suggestion is to buy a different system unless you want to replace cameras repeatedly. Update number who knows now. So another summer storm, and shockingly 4 more cameras out. That now means a grand total of 10 cameras have shorted out. At this stage it would have been more cost effective for me to buy a whole new system then it is to keep replacing all these cameras.
