    • Power cord
Installed it and worked for 2 days then one stopped working. Changed power cord with one that still worked and it worked, so that tells me that the cord is bad. Contacted seller 2 times to get a replacement power cord and no response. It's been 2 -3 weeks. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT!!!

Firstrend security cameras are easy to install and have a great quality. Totally recommended, visual field was better than expected. It is worth every penny i paid for them.

I needed customer service to help set-up. They did not answer when I called, but did call me back. Jespen was most helpful and did get me through the set-up process. She was excellent. The system connects with each camera automatically, which is nice and the quality of the video is excellent. They offer mobile viewing through an app called XMEye pro. The app might be good, but their privacy statement to use it is terrible. It is a "lack of privacy" statement, governed by a company that is not in the US. ... show more

I bought this system because of the price point and that it is wireless. I was truly unsure what to expect, but I have been wowed! The cameras are really easy to install and connect to the base without any effort and have excellent video quality. I did have an issue with the HDD that turned out to be an easy fix thanks to Yvette in Firstrend customer service. My experience with service has been first rate. Had this camera system up and running very quickly. Been using it for approximately 4 months now. Picture quality is very good! Navigation in the hard drive can be confusing at times but the free apps work very well. I’m able to see and operate the cameras from my phone remotely.     • No Hard Drive of does the Hard Drive NOT WORK?!?!?!?!
I hate how generic it is. There no hard drive either. I need a refund but I waited over a month before setting it up assuming I was paying 500 for the best camera system. Oh how I was wrong.

This really was easy to set up. I plugged in my home internet and TV. I loaded the app in my phone. I plugged in the cameras and they autoconnected. I bought the best cameras. I only wish the quality that I can see on my phone were better. Next time, I might go for the wired cameras instead of wireless, and do the extra install work to get better quality. ... show more
