Good chair for the price. Could use some better quality control, see pictures. Right arm rest holes did not line up correctly. I had to adjust the arm rest holes by using pressure and muscle from my hand. Great lumbar support and over all comfort. Heat and massage are pretty weak. This chair is a simple office chair. I got the same chair without the massage and heat for 90 dollars a while back. The massage and heat are absolute gimmicks with no therapeutic benefit. Massage feels like as if you are sitting on a cell phone with a vibrator on. So to sum it up the chair is not what it is marketed under. But the chair itself is ok, i wish i had purchased a gaming chair instead. Cant return now, cant do buy and return thing anymore. The chair looks good thou.
