When I opened the box. I noticed that the face screen where it gives you the timer and the temperature. The face had came off and you could see the wires. It looked and felt very cheap and obviously was not glued together correct. You could actually see the dried glue. I was ablw to pop it in and so far it has stayed on. The rest of the machine was already pretty much put together and I have used it a few times. It did get hot pretty quick. The other thing that I didn't really like, was the clicking every 10 seconds. For an almost 200 dollar machine I belive that clicking could come off and there should be a better screen for the meter. Also there were a couple of times when the machine was plugged in and was not turning on when I pressed the on button. I had to wiggle the cord in order for it to turn on. I almost returned it. But I have given it a chance. I just hope it does not break down and hope it lasts for a while. ... show more

First when I opened the package the face for the controls were not attached you could see the wires and dried glue, I was able to reattach that pretty easy so I continued, put the rest of the press together, sat it on my table turned it one time and it fell apart, the cheap “metal” holding the top and bottom together are no two separate pieces. I have yet to even plug it in and turn it on and am unable to use it. Please do not waste your money. Also there is no customer service number for the company that I can locate to let them know. So have to go through Amazon. And I would give them zero stars if that was an option. ... show more
