I bought this for a camping trip and it worked well. Love the size and how lightweight it is. Very easy to carry around for camping or backpacking. It was quick and easy to use. Get's very hot so it get's the job done for cooking or making a hot beverage. It is a great portable little stove. Keep in mind this will probably only last you one trip and a short trip at that. I cooked 5 meals using it then it ran out. If you need more than that I would suggest getting a larger size or using a different cooking method. ... show more

Honestly, I was pleased with my purchase of this little guy. I went camping in April and purchased a little mess kit with a burner attachment. This required I get a fuel to operate it and this little guy was recommended. I personally used it as the base for my pot to cook on (burner attached and open) and it did a pretty solid job holding steady. I was very careful with my placement and location of my mobile kitchen, but I loved the experience, the power it provided, and it seems to still have a bit of use left in the single cannisters I purchased. Mind you, I used it for cooking soup and boiling water the next morning. Roughly about 20-30 minutes of use with a controlled output being pretty low. All in all, I will be purchasing these again for further camping/outdoors events in the near future. ... show more
