Using this for a go bag in case of emergency with earthquake or fire use to survive for 2 weeks, 3 weeks depending on how bad things are possibly 4 weeks. Should always be ready in case.

I did not mean to order this. I was thinking I was ordering alcohol pellets for my stove. This was a really pleasant surprise. A ferry rod will lite ghus in a fidnpou and it burns for hours. It will dry out thought docked wood to get a good sized fire going. Without food, it puts out enough heat to warm frozen hands or cook several meals. When mine was leaking upon arrival, I was not surprised, but still think the manufacturer needs to fix this issue.
